Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on bcb888. The simultaneous operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bcb888 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts, void any pending or historical bonus awards, and restrict withdrawals pending investigation.
To register an Account with bcb888, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify bcb888 promptly of any material changes.
bcb888 is required by its international gaming authority licence conditions to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued gameplay above specified thresholds. KYC documentation may include a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card) or valid passport, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time will result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bcb888 login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be attributed to you. bcb888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise specified on a particular payment method's deposit page. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and may be subject to a processing fee for return.
Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and DuitNow are typically credited to your bcb888 Account balance instantly or within five (5) minutes. FPX bank transfers are subject to the processing times of the participating financial institution, which may extend up to thirty (30) minutes during peak banking hours. bcb888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
By making a deposit, you warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. bcb888 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations and may suspend or close accounts where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the combined withdrawable balance meets or exceeds the minimum.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete. In addition, bcb888 may, at its discretion, require enhanced due diligence documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are made from accounts flagged by its fraud monitoring systems.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within a standard processing window of one (1) to four (4) business hours following verification completion. Once approved by bcb888, funds are typically received by the Member within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for FPX bank transfer, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution.
bcb888 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity; (b) the Account is subject to a pending investigation; (c) the Account has active chargeback claims; or (d) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. Only the Real Money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Balance requires fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements before it contributes to the withdrawable balance.
All bonus offers made available by bcb888 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins awards, cashback offers, and referral bonuses — are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 6 and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer terms, bonus funds credited to a bcb888 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in total qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus credit date; uncleared bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20% of each bet. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in bcb888's Promotions terms page. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
bcb888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where a Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets in a manner that exploits bonus terms without genuine gambling intent (such as low-risk hedging strategies to clear rollover requirements), or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other Members. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
All games available on bcb888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type as published within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, or game client failures — that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, bcb888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's Account balance, or to process the round based on the recorded server-side outcome where verifiable server logs exist. The decision of bcb888's technical team in such circumstances is final.

bcb888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or damage caused by third-party service interruptions (including payment processor outages, internet connectivity failures, or live casino studio technical issues).
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian consumer protection law.
The collection, storage, use, and processing of Member personal data by bcb888 is governed by bcb888's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
bcb888 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Members who wish to close their bcb888 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Pending withdrawals and verified Real Money Balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures unless the account is subject to an active investigation or regulatory hold.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bcb888 holds its gaming licence. Notice will be provided no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of material amendments.
